Implementing Agencies

Agencies responsible for the maintenance, construction, and operation of the state highway and public transit systems. Also known as operating agencies, New Jersey Implementing Agencies include the New Jersey Department of Transportation, the New Jersey Transit Corporation, and the Port Authority of New York & New Jersey.
