Highway Infrastructure Program (HIP)

A program that provides federal funds to construct highways, bridges, and tunnels. Funding is allocated to various urbanized areas, including the Atlantic City Urbanized Area, and is displayed as HWIZ905-AC, HWIZ910-AC, or HWIZ919-AC depending on the year of the appropriation.
