- DB# T121: Statewide Physical Plant Program.
The Statewide amendment adds $4.201M in SECTION 5307 funds for Engineering/Right-of-Way/Construction (ERC) in federal fiscal year (FFY) 2017 in the SJTPO region. A total of $6.788M in SECTION 5307 funds will be added in to the region. This is new funding. These funds will be used to replace 259 Non-Revenue Vehicles that have met the federal guidelines for replacement, 100,000 miles or 5 years old.

- DB# 13323: Statewide Bridge Preventative Maintenance Program.
The Statewide amendment increases National Highway Performance Program (NHPP) funding for Engineering/Construction (EC) in federal fiscal year (FFY) 2017 by $59M to $81M and Surface Transportation Program (STP) funding for EC in FFY 2017 by $12M to $27M. The additional federal funds will not have a negative impact on the air quality in the region. This project is being funded with federal resources from unexpended money from ( for 13 northern counties), thus maintaining .
